Palladium Hotel Menorca

"We liked the hotel as soon as we arrived - it has a nice, modern and spacious feel with attractive indoor areas to sit and relax. Wonderful views from up on the hill, from both sides of the building. Lovely sandy coves nearby to wander and explore. The staff were all cheerful and helpful. We really appreciated the little touches such as welcome treats in our room to celebrate our anniversary, and the fact that they didn't charge for water at dinner or use of the pool towels. The evening music/entertainment was mainly very cheesy, although we loved the Spanish trio singing and dancing flamenco. The buffet can get a bit hectic even in low season and more defined sections would avoid one long queue of people. More supervision is needed regarding the behaviour of children - it only takes one family who let their kids run, shout and use their hands in the food and it ruins it for everyone. Aside this, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely look for other Palladium hotels if they're as good as this one."

"Excellent location with a wonderful view of the harbour entrance. Breakfast was plentiful with varied choice. Two improvements to consider would be anti slip mats in the shower and the fitting of grab handles. Very difficult to wash feet when not able to balance. We would re visit and recommend as it was perfect location for our holiday."

"Location of the hotel is superb. Beautiful views. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The pool was enjoyable. We didn't use any of the other facilities - wellness room, gym etc so cannot comment on those. We booked half-board. The evening meals were only OK. Some evenings the choice was mediocre and potato-wise there was little variation over the week with little choice each day. The layout of the buffet was somewhat confusing with a lot of to-ing and fro-ing e.g. there was no butter etc near the area where the bread was at breakfast time and at one of the coffee machines there was no milk or sugar and you had to go through the whole area to get those things. The internal decor (in the corridors) is grey and rather uninspiring and there are few, if any, pictures etc to brighten up corridors or rooms. It felt a little functional in places. We hired a car and found a free parking area about 5 mins walk from the hotel as the parking fees at the hotel were very expensive (more over the week than the car hire!) We'd almost certainly look around at other options before booking at the hotel again."

"We had a lovely stay at Starbal Villa. Andrea and Diego and the other lovely ladies looked after us so well. They were very accommodating and helpful. They went out of their way to make me and my mum vegan crepes which were so nice. Thank you so much for a lovely stay 🌞🐢🐈⬛️"
