Personnel très sympathique. Piscine agréable. Arret de Bus pratique en face de l'Hôtel. Possibilité de balades accessibles facilement. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit pour être sur Mahon et pouvoir aller à l’aéroport le lendemain matin. Très pratique hôtel accessible depuis la gare routière de Mahon en 30 minutes à pied ou bus 02 en 10 mn (Arrêt Son Vilar) Ligne 10 pour l’aéroport au départ de la gare routière Chambre confortable,personnel accueillant.

Si puedes, hotel a evitar...

Este hotel esta bien ubicado, pero no recomiendo para nada su reserva, si tienes la suerte de no tener ningun problema es un hotel mas, no destaca especialmente, pero si tienes algun problema, no esperes ayuda, personal amable, pero eso no te va a ayudar. No merece la pena pagar algo menos por arriesgar mas. Busca otro.

Good but not Great

booked at stay as I had a late flight out of Menorca, the hotel is perfectly adequate, but at least 30min walk to the nearest bars and restaurants. I found it strange there is minimal staff on site and all correspondence is done by what's app giving entry codes to the front door and room door. No lounge area available only a few tables and chairs and a microwave. with no catering facilities coffee and tea making in the room (or at least a station in reception ) would be nice. the swimming pool is on the roof with no opportunity to relax around the pool as no space for pool beds. oh and my rainforest shower was broken and most the water came out the side, too late at night to repair for my stay, but no offer of compensation for which wasnt a cheap room by any means.

Chambre à l'arrière au calme, confortable, propre et agréable. Accueil chaleureux et sympathique. Un peu excentré, mais Mahon et Es Castell sont accessibles à pied. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Very pleasant stay... lovely waterfall shower!

Extremely clean. No check in required, as it is just automatic with pin codes - quite useful when we were getting in late...however I found the lack of ANY reception staff disconcerting. There were a few marks on the ceiling in the bathroom that looked like it needs a little refurbishment, but overall very tidy and clean and a great shower.

Habitación ocupada

El hotel funciona a través de unos códigos que te mandan con antelación... pero a mi no me mandaron. Llegué fuera de horario de recepción a eso de las 21:30 y me mandaron por whatsapp unos códigos de mi habitación. Al entrar estaba ocupada... La sorpresa fué importante. Después de esperar un buen rato vinieron al hotel y me dieron otra habitación libre que estaba pegada a la entrada y a un patio de luces con un gran ventanal con el consiguiente ruido por ambos lados. No repetiría, ese sistema de códigos no me parece fiable. La habitación bien aunque el WC no paraba de echar agua, tuve que cerrar el grifo

Totalmente recomendable

Muy fácil la comunicación con ellos y tb la forma de recepción (autónoma). Buena limpieza. Lo único nuestra habitación estaba cerca de la entrada y la puerta de la recepción se oía mucho al abrir y cerrar. Por lo demás todo bien. Buena ubicación. Gracias

Struttura fuori dal centro, è necessario avere un mezzo per spostarsi. Camere molto rumorose; letti e cuscini scomodi. Non c’è personale in albergo, è possibile contattarli solo tramite whatsapp, molto scomoda come situazione. Abbiamo avuto problemi con il condizionatore: l’impianto dell’albergo non sosteneva l’utilizzo energetico di tutti i condizionatori delle stanze… abbiamo fatto tre notti in bianco dato che il nostro puntualmente si spegneva di notte (non avevamo nemmeno una finestra che facesse entrare un po’ d’aria). Nonostante i diversi solleciti fatti non ci è stato fornito nemmeno un ventilatore. Per il prezzo poco economico che ha la struttura se dovessi tornare a Minorca andrei altrove.
