"Felt very luxurious. Room was very comfortable - great mattress, fantastic shower, huge towels. Balcony with fabulous views. Staff were super friendly and wanted to ensure guests enjoyed their stay. "You're not treated as a number. The staff take a genuine interest, the hotel is kept clean and furniture is either new or well maintained. The food was simple but seemed healthy. The only genuine negatives are a lack of free filtered drinking water and modernisation of bathrooms to have walk in showers rather than bath tubs which could be a little slippy"
