Villa Sueños ( B5) is a single level quiet and spacious villa for small family groups (4 adults or 2 adults and up to 3 children).

- well insulated and well equipped single level and easy access villa - ideal for couples, small family groups with children, people with slight mobility problems or people on walking holidays;
- 5 minutes walk to the beach;
- 5 minutes walk to join Cami de Cavalls;
- 3 air conditioned bedrooms;
- en-suite bathroom, en-suite shower room plus family shower room;
- heated towel rails in the bathrooms;
- comfortable new beds;
- elegant lounge with comfortable soft furniture and dining area, smart TV (IPTV channels), DVD player;
- powerful ceiling fans in the common areas;

- the resort has 3 beaches, a number of playgrounds, cafes and restaurants. 5 minutes drive to the nearby village of Es Migjorn Gran. Public transport to the main cities. Resident doctors in the resort during the summer season;
- Food can be ordered online and delivered to your door if the local supermarkets are not sufficient.

Nous venons de passer deux semaines à la Villa Sueños : fabuleux ... La maison est conforme aux photos, très très bien équipée, et très agréable à vivre ... Le bruit des vagues le matin au petit déjeuner avec les effluves de la mer, nous permet très vite d'appréhender les vacances ... La piscine est un plus indéniable avec la plage ... Idéalement placée à deux minutes à pied de la plage et au milieu de l'île, ce qui permet d'être à une distance raisonnable de voiture pour rayonner sur les sites touristiques ... Nous reviendrons sans nul doute possible ...

Perfect villa for two couples. Very comfortable and great position.
We had a lovely stay. The villa is well situated in a quiet cul de sac minutes walk from the beaches of Sant Tomas. Lovely garden and pool and very comfy and well maintained. We were walking the Cami decCaballs for a week previously so it was lovely to spend the week relaxing and just enjoying the south coast which is very picturesque.

Wonderful stay in comfortable peaceful villa!
My Mother and I stayed here in June 2018. I can't recommend it highly enough. From the beginning Svetlana was so helpful and prompt in giving us information. Nothing was too much trouble. We arrived and picked up a taxi without any difficulty. The villa was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable, plenty of chairs/loungers and tables inside and out. And very well equipped, I think we found everything that we needed there. We loved the pool and the handrail was a boon for an older person as was the non slip floor of the walk in shower. The immediate area was very pretty. There was a lovely walk along a promenade that was half tree covered along the sea front. Our nearest beach was about 5 mins away with a shower to rinse off after. If you wanted to walk further the coast path went for many miles in either direction, though you would need sensible footwear. There were various bars and restaurants nearby, our favourite was Es Pins where they had comfortable settees, friendly staff and good food. This was about 10 to 15 mins pleasant walk along the sea front away. It was extremely peaceful while we stayed, (despite there being other properties close by) and a lovely sea view from the patio. Although we didn't use them there were plenty of buses to take you to various destinations with stops close to the villa. We found the 2 local supermarkets had everything that we needed.

Estuvimos la primera semana de agosto y pasamos unos días fantásticos en familia. Una casa muy acogedora, bonita y bien equipada. El trato ha sido exquisito y muy profesional, es más, solicitamos a ver si era posible cercar la piscina para mayor seguridad, ya que tenemos una hija pequeña y nos pusieron la valla de seguridad. El entorno es precioso, el paseo, las playas con aguas cristalinas y restaurantes de playa, la ubicación es muy buena, ya que llegas caminando en pocos minutos. Muy recomendable.
