Very quiet hotel away from the city. The staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the atmosphere and delicious food!

We stayed here for a moms trip! We were slightly concerned that we were too far out of Paris, but the train was quick and clean - and it allowed us to reserve a rental car and explore the countryside! The space was perfect for 4 women - we were able to have dinner delivered to our villa after a long day - and eat comfortably at our Dining Room Table - and the food was delicious! A great, beautiful, modern, clean hotel. Friendly staff, very clean, and helpful. Delicious breakfast with many options, worth the extra money to pay. Kid friendly. Close to Disneyland as well, around 10 min ride with a car. Highly recommended.

We love staying at the ACE Hotel Paris Marne la Vallee when we go to Disneyland Paris. Rooms are big, clean, and comfortable. They also have air conditioning. Great free breakfast. There is no shuttle to the parks, but there is a public bus that picks up right around the corner from the hotel. Perfect if you plan on driving to the parks or using public transportation.

Hotel is wonderful, but the transportation to Disneyland is horrible. One bus is shared amongst many hotels, making the bus impossible to get into from the hotel or from Disneyland. Drivers are doing their best, but the hotels need to get more busses knowing that this is a hige issue. We stayed in a bunk bed room. Rooms are ok size, bathrooms were a little outdated, but we were here for Dinsneyland. During our stay, the AC at the hotel was shutoff, making the rooms quite stuffy, so we had...

This is a great property in the Disneyland area, close to the train station if you need to go to the city and the shuttle is always available. They have a restaurant onsite and the included buffet breakfast is really good. The room rate is convenient. We would definitely consider staying here again if we go to Disneyland.

Great hotel for families. Buffet was nice, the kids loved the Nutella. Shuttle service was not too bad, a little crowded, but fine overall. The pool was great, nice and warm as it was raining and cold during this time. Our favorite part was the bar/lobby area. Great drinks, a nice place to lounge after a day at the parks with the kids. Atmosphere was so much fun.

Beautiful hotel in close proximity to Disney Paris (and much more reasonably priced than their hotels!) Actual queen sized beds that were very comfortable! Nice sized bathroom, with tub, as well. Very nice toiletries provided and many "extras" available at the front desk if you forgot something. Staff was very kind and attentive. Would definitely reccommend!

We cannot say enough about this trendy hotel! After traveling to London, Paris and then here, it was just what we needed. The hotel has a nice vibe that you hang out in the lobby and enjoy your stay rather than stay in your room. The pizza and drinks were great! Staff were pleasant & working their rear ends off to make sure we were all taken care of! It’s a short 5 min walk to Val de l’Europe shopping mall which is also next to the RER train station. Nice hotel for passing through.

Great hotel, very clean and newer hotel. Walking distance to train station and shopping mall, which includes restaurants too. Hotel has bilingual staff and free shuttle roundtrip to Disneyland! We took the train a lot to downtown paris around the louvre and Eiffel tower. About 14 euros roundtrip, which takes an hour. If you're doing more city activities and only doing Disneyland a day or two, it might be best to stay in the city and take the train to Disneyland

The outside area was gorgously decorated for the Holidays. Great job! The COVID stations were well organized- and we felt pretty safe. The rooms need a refresh - but we loved the size of the room , windows looking out to woods and the bathroom was totally fine as is. The front desk needs more training. I know there are lots of staff out with the virus.. but 40 minutes with a front desk agent is too long - please steamline process. We never got a working Magic pass - but enjoyed our trip just the...
