Easy access with lots of parking. Staff were pleasant and accommodating. Site is a bit dated but updates are underway. Breakfast was better than some I've had. Pool and spa looked clean as did the workout room.

It was a bit difficult to find the hotel as there was no signage; I guess they are between brands, so it looked like it wasn't even open as there were not many other guests staying on a Tuesday. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable! We didn't use any amenities as it were just passing through on the way to our destination.

Very clean and neat rooms. The pool and hot tub are very clean and well maintained and very welcoming as well as the sitting area and lay out chairs around the pool area. The property is very well maintained and easy to locate. But I would have to say the biggest plus about staying here is easily the manager Patel, he is really very outgoing and went above and beyond with our booking and our stay. He was so warm and welcoming which made it so much easier to be direct about my needs ensuring for the perfect stay. I will absolutely be back and will be spreading the word about the wonderful management and lovely hotel!

Rented a suite the heat didn't work then they gave me a regular room that didn't fit my needs told me to wait they we're getting in contact with the owner waited so long fell asleep on the bed woke up with a tick on my neck 😞😞 very disappointed with this place and nothing worked in the hotel including the sauna will definitely not be returning to this place. Didn't even sleep under the sheets waiting for the gentleman to let us know if we were getting what we paid for. Very disappointed and ended my trip to Michigan and went back home to Illinois

Pros: staff that clearly care about the guests. Comfy beds. Standard continental breakfast. Clean room, no funky smells. Quiet nights. Fridge and microwave in room. Plenty of hot water. Cons: Wallpaper was peeling and torn in spots. Heat lamp in bathroom was burnt out. Hot tub bubbles not working ( but the heat and water were cycling). This property has recently changed hands and is in need of some tlc. They had an issue in guest laundry ( water leak ) overnight that spilled into the main hallway. It was cleaned and drying by that evening. These things happen, but it was corrected quickly and that is worth a note in this review. They recently put a new roof on and are still working on things, but trending in the right direction. Keep up the good work. We will be staying here again.
