"Ocean not visible from room, shower head not at a practical height for anyone above 6’, very poor sound isolation. Felt more like a hostel than a hotel"

"The resort is very nice and in a great location. My biggest complaint is the FREEZING pool and TINY hot tubs. No one wants to be in the pool because it’s too cold, and the hot tubs are over crowded. For such a high resort fee and high parking cost I would expect the pool to be heated. The pool service also closes too early. I honestly probably wouldn’t come back just for that reason alone. "
