"The decription on Expedia was bed and breakfast. There is definately no breakfast. This property was in a lovely location with beautiful views, but not served well by busses. The property was clean but lacked facilites. There was a microwave but no plates or knives and forks. The restaurant oposite was lovely, food delicious and the owners very helpful. "

"We had a wonderful stay, and as the name states, we were always with a smile. Such lovely owners, always ready to help. They even went out of their way to give us a lift with their own car. "Hotel clean and well maintained. Room was spotless with a great view over the lake. Underground parking gets the car off the road with lifts directly to reception and rooms. Staff were most welcoming but especially Mauro in the restaurant/bar. Food in the restaurant was excellent but found the menu a little restrictive when staying for a few nights. Outside pool area very nice with pool bar, but unfortunately can be affected by vehicle fumes as near to main road."
