The hotel is located nicely, the staff is friendly and the room are small but nice. The only minus point is their mattress. They need urgently replacement!

Disappointing experience

Very disappointed with the experience - after our trip! While the hotel charged for parking (which I duly paid up) the parking company charged again after a week. The hotel promised to address this issue but did not to act. I’m now forced to pay a penalty to the parking agency as the bill was not timely paid. Clearly, the hotel staff is not obliged to keep up their commitments or worried about customer satisfaction. Sadly, I will NOT recommend this (& chain) to any of my network.

Trångt utrymme vid frukosten Många hotellgäster som alla vill äta direkt när frukosten öppnades Påfyllnad av mat kunde vara snabbare/effektivare Sängarna var hårda, kuddarna saknade den vanliga ”hotellkänslan” Stort minus att inte båda sängborden hade eluttag för tex mobilladdare Personalen var toppen 👍

Trist frukost och kalla rum

Stort och fint rum på våning 1, dock mycket lyhört ut mot gatan/gränden (sannolikt otäta fönster), vaknade av oljud flera gånger, kallt i rummet men främst i badrummet där det saknas golvvärme, stengolvet blir iskallt. Ganska hård säng. Frukosten var ingen höjdare heller. Allt finns men kvaliteten, smakerna är inte bra. Sega stekta ägg, iskalla kokta ägg, smoothien var inte god, leverpastejen smakade inte gott, sega pannkakor, inga temuggar och inga muggar med öron (blir för varma att hålla i), på alla bord stod det vissna påskliljor, bordskivor var slitna, så det känns allmänt sjavigt…Hotellet behöver rycka upp sig om vi ska komma tillbaka.
