The room is inexpressible; it is very comfortable. One thing is a bad situation. I had brought a bottle of wine to celebrate Valentine's Day in the room. I requested a double goblet, but the receptionist told me that we couldn't give anything without buying it from the hotel service. Next time, I will come with a set of wine.

The room is really hot, even during the winter. And the AC doesn’t have the cooling option available unless you ask. Luckily the attendant at the front desk was able to get a technician who fixed that issue for me. The laundry services is hard to ask for especially when you don’t speak Turkish and also very pricey. Otherwise the hotel is great, good location, services, and access to many nice bars and restaurants that are open till midnight.

Comme prévu, nous sommes arrivé à 5h du matin et il n'y avait personne à la réception. Nous avons du attendre + de 20 min pour avoir quelqu'un. Nous avons même fait le tour de l'hôtel pour trouver quelqu'un. On était tellement fatigué qu'on était nerveux. Le gars de la réception s'est endormi et venu nous servir avec sa chemise froissée et sortie de son pantalon. Mais le reste est super!

Konforlu ve Temiz Bir Konaklama Deneyimi

Otel odası beklentilerimin üzerindeydi. Oda oldukça temizdi ve modern bir şekilde döşenmişti. Yatak son derece rahattı, kaliteli çarşaflar ve yastıklarla donatılmıştı. Banyosu ferah ve hijyenikti, sıcak su sorunsuz çalışıyordu. Mini bar ve çay-kahve seti gibi küçük ama önemli detaylar düşünülmüştü. Odanın manzarası güzeldi ve ses yalıtımı sayesinde dışarıdan gelen hiçbir gürültü rahatsız etmedi. Wi-Fi bağlantısı hızlıydı, iş için gerekliydi ve sorunsuz kullandım. Tek olumsuz taraf, klima modunu biz degistiremedik resepsiyon soguk ya da sicak yapiyordu ama rahatsız edici boyutta değildi. Genel olarak memnun kaldım, tekrar konaklamayı düşüneceğim bir yer.
