The location is good. The price is also good. The cleanliness and conditions are normal, but it is not a suitable place in hot weather, because there is no ventilation or air conditioning in the hotel's corridors or rooms. Pek ilgili degillerdi, duvarlar cok ses geciriyor oyle boyle degil disaridaysaniz odadan gelen ses yaninizda gibi cikiyor yatak carsaflari islakti. Biraz daha para verip en azindan dinlenmediginizi hissettiginiz rutubet kokmayan bir odada kalabilirsiniz, bunlari camsiz bir oda icin yaziyorum diger odalar icin gecerli midir bilmiyorum.

Konumu gerçekten çok iyi; çarşının tam dibinde ve yürüyerek her yere ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Ayrıca resepsiyonda çalışan hanımefendi oldukça nazik ve anlayışlıydı. Yaşadığımız sorunlar nedeniyle oda değişikliği konusunda yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. Maalesef tesis hakkında söyleyebileceğim olumlu şeyler büyük ölçüde bunlarla sınırlı. Kaldığımız odalar oldukça eski ve bakımsızdı. Mobilyalar yıpranmış durumdaydı, banyo ve tuvaletler hem çok dar hem de oldukça eskiydi. Klozet ve diğer ekipmanlar uyumsuz görünüyordu, duş başlıklarında paslanmalar vardı ve banyoda kötü bir koku hakimdi. Hatta banyoda klozetin üzerine sürekli olarak yukarıdan kirli su damlıyordu. Oda ne doğru düzgün hava alıyordu ne de yeterince gün ışığı görüyordu. Ses yalıtımı neredeyse yok gibiydi. Yan odalardaki konuşmalar ve koridordaki sesler rahatlıkla duyulabiliyordu. Bu nedenle dinlenmek ve rahat bir konaklama geçirmek oldukça zordu. Binaya ilk girişte dış kapının açılması için resepsiyonu telefonla aramak gerekiyor. Sonrasında oda anahtarıyla birlikte bina giriş anahtarı da veriliyor. Ancak buna rağmen tesiste alışılmış anlamda aktif bir resepsiyon hizmeti bulunmuyor. Girişte sürekli görevli bir personel ya da danışabileceğiniz bir resepsiyon alanı yok. Üst kattaki bir oda resepsiyon olarak kullanılıyor ve bu durum işletmenin genel olarak profesyonel bir otel hizmetinden çok apart mantığında işletildiği hissini veriyor. En büyük hayal kırıklığı ise fiyat-performans açısından oldu.
