"The apartment is spacious, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It was very clean, and everything worked. The location is in a small quiet village, which was lovely. From Petres it was easy to explore Sagunto, Valencia, Montanejos, Peniscola, and other places. We enjoyed hiking, beach visits, the City of Arts and Sciences and more. Antonio was a great host, easy to communicate with (with the help of Google translate!), and very accommodating. Many thanks!"

"Al comunicarme para recoger la llave del apartamento, ya se la habían entregado a alguien más. Al parecer rentaron 2 veces el mismo apartamento. Aunque me consiguieron otro alojamiento, no fue lo que había contratado. ya que no tenía wifi, ni agua caliente y la ropa de cama y de baño estaba muy usada."

"The apartment was spacious, with a full kitchen, but significantly farther from the beach than we expected based on the description. Parking near the apartment is very limited, and Google Maps had problems finding the address. WiFi was great, and we were able to walk down to the waterfront area for dinner and dessert."

A car is needed, as the location is residential, but there are plenty of things to do within an hour’s drive - hanging bridges walk, caves, beach, water park and the city of Valencia itself. "The villa and guest house were immaculate when we arrived and it definitely had the wow factor for us. The garden, plants and poll were excellent and there was way more space than we imagined. The villa is hard to find and as we don’t drive this did make life tricky as there’s no shops within walking distance and taxis were a nightmare so I’d recommend having your own transport.
