"To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. Only after we hijacked one of the neighbours keys and left a message through the ski hire guy did we get a call at nearly midnight and finally got let into a room (not the one we booked). They...

"The location is very rural and quiet. The hotel rooms are fine however the bathrooms are dated. Our room and our friends room had hairs all over the bathroom floor and in the bath so it was not clean enough. We had booked the restaurant for dinner and it was not busy when we arrived. However it took about 1h 30 for our food to arrive. We ended up cancelling our starters because it all took so long. "We visited this property in July , the rooms were lovely , clean with coffee and tea facilities, the noise from the plumbing upstairs was awful , even though I presume this is more of a winter area the hotel was busy , the area around the pool was clean and well looked after , the food in the restaurant on an evening was excellent and so was the breakfast which had a great variety of fresh cooked bread items ,with the most amazing cheeseboard ( yes , for breakfast) . There was lots of parking as they had an underground carpark . The area itself was lovely , uphill on the way back but still walkable , the town itself even though it was summer had plenty still to do in the town centre and the cable cars and ski lifts still working , cafes and restaurants open , had a great atmosphere, would certainly return "
"A wonderful hotel in a spectacular area of France. The chalet style was very in keeping with the area. The staff were friendly and welcoming and most helpful.
The only niggling area of concern relates to the buffet breakfast. The cold meats and cheese were not covered and were susceptible to a few flies present in the room. Maybe if these were covered, it would have been better."
