"I stayed solo and room was exactly what I needed. Very clean and great storage. I was excited to try the breakfast, however, I didn’t make it each morning, but it was very handy that the room had a kettle and supplies to make a coffee. Location is great too. And they were able to let me shower after I had checked out, which was a massive help. Noise wasn’t an issue either and I was on 1st floor, I actually found it weird how quiet it was for a weekend in July!"

"Our stay at Casa Luis was extremely disappointing and not as advertised. The first room had a foul, overwhelming odor and was not properly prepared for the three guests we had booked and paid for. We were eventually moved, only to find the second room was also not set up for three people. When we asked for help, the response was inadequate and added further frustration to an already difficult stay. "This was our first time at this hotel it had been recommended by some friends who are frequent visitors, check in was seamless the reception team really are attentive and are happy to answer any questions. ,We had a superior room which had a contemporary light feel, everything was spotlessly clean and the beds and pillows were very comfy. All areas of the hotel was well maintained and clean and all the staff were very friendly, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return."
