"One of the worst travel experiences we've ever had - completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
By looking at other people's reviews, it appears that we are not the only travelers to have our booking cancelled by Hotel Vacanceole without notice. Concerned by an email we received, we called our travel agent twice to confirm that our booking was still valid - and were reassured both times that the Hotel said the room was still available.
After reaching the hotel, we arrived only to find out...
"A fantastic stay in a beautiful home. Very well furnished, comfortable room. Hosts were extremely friendly. Breakfast was all homemade and very tasty. Thanks for a lovely stay, weâll definitely be back if weâre in the area again"

"We stayed in an apartment. I loved the property and its relaxed feel and location. Some lovely walks are available close by. The reception staff spoke good English and were very polite and helpful. They are very spacious, warm and clean, but very self contained. The bed was comfortable but pillow choice was limited. Kitchen was nice with 2 hot plates, no oven or frying pan. There is a dishwasher but no washing machine. Unfortunately the WiFi was not working and was not fixed during our stay....
"This accommodation exceeded our expectations in every way. The house is wonderfully well-maintained, and the owners are excellent hosts. It's a place to rest both physically and mentally. We recommend it 100% and would be delighted to return. "
