"Great room, location and staff"

"No Ac in rooms!! Although the description mentions ac included so this is totally a misleading. The staff always try to make excuses they say AC works only on summer time but we stayed at April when the temperatures are already 25 degrees, and windows cannot be open fully, only 20cm. Breakfast was decent, but opened at 7am although their info shows 6:30am and their excuse: “are you sure you go to the right place?” We are not stupid and there is only one restaurant. Overall we were very disappointed "

"The hotel was really nice but the local area didn’t seem the best. It was very cheap and quick to get an uber into the centre of Porto which was lovely. The bar area in the hotel was really nice and "

"Our room was clean upon arrival and all staff were very professional and freindly. The hotel is in a great location and close to Bolhao Market, Sao Bento Railway Station and Dom Luis I Bridge to name a few locations. We also had a three course meal at dinner, which was 10/10. "
