"Paul is an excellent host and speaks good English. The Gite is a lovely little cottage suitable for a couple. It does include some steep steps that will mean it is not suitable for every one. Its location makes it a good quiet base within easy reach of all the Normandy Beaches and Monuments. Anyone arriving on a Sunday should come with a supply of food because there is nowhere open locally on Sunday afternoon."

"Rural location - perfect for visiting the beautiful gardens of Normandy. Not a hotel but more a farm being renovated as a super "B&B" (5 bedrooms). Francoise and Christophe are delightful hosts. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We were welcome to use the extensive gardens and swimming pool, and visit the horses down by the river and pond. "I travel a lot and have stayed in thousands of hotels, all very forgettable. You will never forget staying here though! Wonderful room with very nice bathroom on a memorable property. Very quiet and peaceful. Stephane and Karine are gracious hosts and I am thankful they have made their location available. Zero complaints and cannot recommend highly enough! The whole area is very beautiful so be sure to go for some walks in the country! "
