"A bit of a mixed bag, the hosts were great and welcoming. I guess as it was just out of season the advertised restaurant / bar was not in operation. A bit of a remote location and a 20 minute drive to get food in the evening. Breakfast was great and delivered with a personal touch."

"Beautiful chateau in rural France with lovely gardens and good walks in the surrounding countryside. We received a friendly welcome on arrival and the friendly and welcoming atmosphere continued throughout our stay. Our room was very comfortable and clean as were the restaurant and lounge area. The breakfast was superb and there was plenty of choice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"We booked a room based on the pictures as advertised, however we were very disappointed to be given a tiny room near the front gate! We were given no access codes to enter, and there was noone on site! Finally answered his phone after several attempts and gave us the code. There was no door for privacy to the shower, we had our adult daughter with us, so we had to take turns waiting outside whilst the other showered! The bunk bed mattresses were very uncomfortable. "A very well presented and delightful property. The host was exceptionally professional and helpful. We had a minor problem finding the property (just the final 100yds) due to interesting numbering of the properties in the vicinity but no other issues at all. Well done."
