"A few staff members made our stay fantastic. Patrick, kitchen supervisor, was very friendly and the dining room was clean and the buffet had many options to choose from. Christian, night desk supervisor, also friendly and accommodating. "The shuttle is the big benefit if you can’t stay directly at the Scandic Airport hotel. We could not locate the shuttle stop upon arrival and couldn’t connect a call with the hotel, so we decided to take an Uber, which was an unfortunate waste. Be sure to find out exactly where to catch it before you arrive. Otherwise everything went very well."
