"The weather was not great as we arrived and left, but it was the front desk that made our stay bright on a rainy day. Angel went OUT OF HIS WAY to make sure we could enjoy all the amazing places we would have just passed by had he not spent 30 minutes with us mapping out two amazing days. "Not only was this the best location for access to Ordesa and Mount Perdido National Park, the hotel staff was helpful and kind, and the breakfast buffet was perfect for fueling up for days of hiking in the park. The view from our windows was incredible, and the room and bed were comfortable. "
"The apartments are super clean and has everything you need for a comfortable experience. Location is great in the very quite town of Canfranc just 15 minutes from Astun and Candanchu.
If I have to give some constructive feedback, I would fix the shower because it was leaking when using it, and also a more comfortable pillows, they were extremely hard."

"Great location, the room was nice and spacious and in great condition. The hotel is centrally located in a pedestrian zone. There are plenty bars and places to eat around within walking distance. The parking is difficult and expensive. Iâd stay there again."

"Beautiful hotel, our room was great. Only issue was internet was nearly impossible to log into. We had to ask desk staff several times to assist and finally night before leaving we were able to get ipads on system. There was no password given to guests, shouldn't be this hard to get internet service on devices. Finally desk staff did something on their computer for us, said wait 15 min, but took about an hour to get wifi on devices. Staff at desk tried, but this needs to be fixed on a higher level."
"Duplex room was nice, lounge and small bathroom with shower on lower level, large rooms upstairs with more beds and full bath. Upper room had wall dividing two spaces but no door. No AC but skylights provided good air. No in room coffee or tea"
