"Great location but not amenities. I would expect coffee maker in the room and kitchen towel. We were 4 adults and only enough hot water for one person. Had to wait at least an hour to take a shower again. No instructions on how to set thermostat. No extra blankets or towels. "

"Booked this for my birthday trip and checking in and getting to my room was easy. The room was gorgeous and clean and had everything that you would need. I think i sued every facility in my time there and everything was great. I do however wish the shower doors opened wider and there is somewhere to put your things whilst you are in there. I also wish my tv was bigger but overall I had a lovely time and this will be my go to the next time I visit Sevilla."

"The furniture needs to be replaced. The sofa was very uncomfortable. The rooms look better in the photos. The only staff member that was nice was Helena. There were a couple of nights where a group of rowdy young men woke us up singing and yelling at 4:30am. The location was excellent."
