"We loved Pedro's apartment. Pedro himself is very warm and welcoming, as is his home. We loved the personal details in the apartment and the view is amazing! Place was very clean and beds were comfortable. Yes, it is a long walkup but, to us, completely worth it. Location is excellent and yet quiet at night. We hope to stay again when we return to Madrid. "Javier (host) kept us informed and was very accessible. He met us at the apartment upon our arrival. In the morning of checkout, he kept our luggage for us as we had an early afternoon train departure. The location was perfect. Walking distance to Madadero, Retiró Park, etc. and so many restaurants. "This apartment is perfect! Great location -- amazingly quiet at night -- comfy bed, terrific kitchen, high-end appliances, thick towels and fancy shower, lots of storage. Not a huge apartment, but the marvelous use of space makes it seem much larger. Smart TV. Strong WIFI. Groceries, bars, restaurants all around. Lovely walks to all the sights. "I was in the Miguel's place for a week, with my wife and son. The place is close to the bus stop and the subway station, nearby there are stores to buy groseries and restaurants, so the place is well located. Miguel was helpful and kind; he agreed into give us the keys very early in the morning which was a good deal for me (we were arriving from a 11 hours flight) . The place is comfortable and cosy, so I'll just say that it is the best relation price-quality."
