Good place for a break if you're travelling.

Our 2nd stand in this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Not far from nice restaurant. Clean and quiet for such a busy place. Family friendly (our kids loved the bunk bed)

Noch nie haben wir erlebt, dass ein Check-In unseres Hotels trotz Vorauszahung nicht funktioniert hat. Die Rezeption hatte früher geschlossen als die vom Hotel angegebene Uhrzeit. Somit blieb nur ein Automat zum einchecken, der den Check-In nicht ermöglicht hatte. Wir mussten selbst aktiv werden und hin und her telefonieren bis wir nach 1,5 Stunden ein Hotelzimmer bekommen haben. Am nächsten Tag als wir das Problem bei der Rezeption angesprochen haben, hat die Dame den Fehler auf Expedia geschoben, dass angeblich keine Karte hinterlegt worden war. Wir haben nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung von der Rezeption zu hören bekommen, geschweige denn eine Entschädigung erhalten.

Das Zimmer war gut und zweckmäßig, die Lage gut und das Hotel in gutem Zustand. Die Kapazitäten für das Frühstück waren allerdings völlig unzureichend für die Anzahl der Gäste. Wir haben 40 Minuten auf Brötchen warten müssen. Teller, Müslischalen und Saft waren ebenfalls Mangelware.

Keurig hotel, nette en schone familiekamer. Vriendelijk personeel. Wij verbleven met een gezin met 2 pubers. Ontbijtbuffet was prima en ruim van keuze. Hotel ligt op loopafstand van het centrum en parkeren is gratis op het terrein van het hotel. EV Laadvoorzieningen zijn ook aanwezig. Let wel op dat de laadkosten zowel per Kwh als per minuut (aangesloten) doorlopen ! Hierdoor kreeg ik zelf een behoorlijk hoge afrekening. Dus zodra de auto is opgeladen gelijk uit de lader halen !

Bett war gemütlich, quietschte aber etwas. Sauberkeit war gut, aber nicht perfekt. Zimmer war hellhörig. Preis-Leistung ist super. Insgesamt gut und wie waren zufrieden.

Praktisch, schick und schlicht - gerne wieder

PRO: 1) Der problemlose und zeitsparende Check-In per Zugangscode war sehr angenehm. :-) 2) Das Hotel sieht aus wie neu, und auch im Zimmer sah es aus, als wäre es gerade erst neu gebaut worden - alles akkurat und solide. 3) Insgesamt schick aber dabei schlicht und ohne unnötigen Schnickschnack - für mich genau richtig. CON: 1) Im Prinzip war es sehr sauber, allerdings waren im Bad noch eine Menge Haare, die angesichts der Länge nicht von mir waren, sondern wohl von vorherigen Gästen. 2) Der Parkplatz war bei Ankunft bereits rappelvoll, so dass ich außerhalb des Hotelgeländes an der Straße parken mußte - wo ab 10 Uhr Gebührenpflicht herrscht (also kurz vor 10 Aufstehen und umparken oder Geld einwerfen). 3) Am Abreisetag gab es im Hotel wegen einer technischen Störung kein warmes Wasser, es musste also kalt geduscht werden. INSGESAMT: Die Pro-Punkte überwiegen, denn: Das mit dem kalten Wasser war vermutlich eine einmalige Sache und daher halt schlicht Pech an dem Tag; die Parksituation ist für die meisten wahrscheinlich unproblematisch, weil sie ohnehin vor 10 Uhr abreisen; und das mit den Haaren kann halt auch mal passieren, und alles andere war ja sehr sauber. FAZIT: ich werde beim nächsten Mal wieder dort buchen.

Obwohl das Hotel mit der Option "Bezahlung im Hotel" gewählt, hat das Hotel eigenmächtig bereits vorab die hinterlegt Kreditkarte belastet. Im Frühstücksbereich gab es keine Heißgetränke, da der Automat defekt war.

Das Schlafzimmer war super, Check in hat super geklappt, freundlicher Empfang. Das bad war schrecklich, überall schimmel an der decke und in der Dusche und dreck an den Wandfliesen. Frühstück war auch sehr gut nur das die Reinigungskräfte in der früh schon meinten die fenster zu putzen und so die morgendliche ruhe etwas störten.
