"Large house in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Dishwasher unfortunately was broken, but the house was well supplied, although no toilet paper on arrival. We enjoyed our stay and we can well advise to book this property for your stay in the Paris region, if you have a car at your disposal to get around. The contact with the host was rather minimal. "

"Lovely property, very clean & modern. Difficulty changing number of guests as host/VRBO did not respond until the night before our stay. Wi-Fi username/password was incorrect initially. There was no info left in the house for us & the locking unlocking of the doors was difficult initially. We could not get the air conditioning to work so upstairs was very hot. Except for these problems we had a very nice stay & although a little small for 5 people it worked well for us & we enjoyed our stay."

"Zuerst einmal: das Haus ist nicht blau, das sieht nur auf den Bildern so aus! Dann haben wir das Objekt leider nur von aussen betrachten können, da der Vermieter uns erst mal 550km hin fahren ließ, um uns dann keinen Schlüsselcode zu geben. Er hat die Buchung eine Stunde nach(!) der vereinbarten Check-In Zeit storniert!Das ganze Gelände um das Haus herum war verdreckt und überall waren Überwachungskameras installiert. Ich hoffe, FeWo Direkt löscht dieses Angebot, fahrt da auf keinen Fall hin!"

It has some good facilities, such as a private heated pool, and there is plenty to keep the family occupied.But:The listing is incorrect. It is not self check-in but you are met by a host. "A FUIR! Propriétaire malhonnête.Réservation du gîte pour un week-end. A notre arrivée le vendredi soir, ménage non fait (Voir photos) et logement avec forte odeur de cigarette. Nous avons été obligés de prendre un hôtel pour la nuit. Nous avons tenté de contacter la propriétaire difficile à joindre!!!Lendemain matin samedi 11h00 ménage toujours pas fait!!! "The Rose house is a terrific place for a climbing trip with family. Great centrally located spot close to Trois Pignons, the Franchard, Apremont and Beauvais. The house itself has a great layout if people want their own space. The sun room upstairs was a favorite of ours."
