I had higher expectations for this property. Check-in was smooth. They said we could check in before the check in time. Room was dirty. Hand prints all over the bathroom glass door, there was still makeup marks on the main bathroom door, there were makeup stains on the white bathroom rug and there was an artificial eyelash still left on the bathroom counter.
The least they said they can do was give a $50 resort credit or move rooms.
The pool was crowded on a Thursday afternoon. It took around 20 min to find 1 lounge chair for my family of 4. Pool service was slow and there were beer cans and bottles on the floor everywhere (I’m assuming because of the wind) but still not safe and no urgency to be picked up by staff.
