"The front desk staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Our bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent. We are going to recommend this property and we will definitely stay there again. "

"I would like to say that Tiago was a big help getting us a new room as our AC did not work properly and we had a poor first night sleep. "Disappointing Would not stay here again Have stayed at other Wot hotels where we arrived and received free welcome drinks. When we arrived here after hours driving on 35 degree Friday, we couldn't even BUY a drink. 2 bars, both closed. Not even a suggestion of an alternative option.Nice location by a lagoon on a hot day and can't even get a beer. Disappointing. If I knew this when I was booking I would have stayed at one of the other options within 30 mins. On a 10 day road trip of northern Portugal, this was the worst value hotel we stayed at. No fridge in the room Shower head was dodgy so shower was frustrating Matresses are great if you enjoy springs in your back. Wont be back"

"The 1-bedroom apartment was excellent, spacious enough for our family of 4 (kids slept on the pull out couch and said it was very comfortable!!) Perfect location, beautiful view of the canal!!! "
