"Emerald Beach Resort is right on the sand. Great view of Lindbergh Bay from the balcony. You can walk over from the airport and cruise ship is nearby too. Property needs another refurb i.e. refrigerator location under drink prep sink looks bad. Room has a safe. Needs better landscaping, too much bare ground and unkempt plants. WiFi is fast. "We stayed one night at this hotel and it was the worst experience of our life! We parked across the street of the Galleon Hotel and asked the check-in lady if it was ok to park there for the night. She stated it was not a problem. Upon check in our room was dingy, dusty and old with a shared bathroom. We asked to upgrade our room with a private bathroom and she said it would be $80 cash.
