2 Bedroom Townhouse, 3 Bathrooms Close to Shops, Newly Renovated

New rental property available to rent from August 2023. We have finished a renovation on this lovely spacious townhouse in Patio Alcornical, El Paraiso, Estepona. Only a 2 minute walk to the local bars, restaurants and shops and just a 10 minute walk to the beach.
The property is very private. There is a very spacious lounge and Dining area, a private terrace and a downstairs bathroom. Also a quality fitted kitchen. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, both with private bathrooms and a terrace to sunbathe and you can see the see.
Both beds are king size (150cm) and include quality mattresses.
