Schrecklicher Service!!! Meine Familie und ich haben während unserer sechswöchigen Europa-Küstentour (Frankreich, Portugal, Spanien) etwa 20 verschiedene Hotels besucht. Und von all diesen Hotels stach dieses hier auf katastrophale Weise als das mit Abstand schlechteste heraus! Der Service war eine absolute Zumutung – insbesondere einige MitarbeiterInnen haben jegliche Erwartungen gnadenlos enttäuscht. Man fühlt sich fast wie in einem schlechten Scherz! Es war unfassbar, dass wir unser Abendessen selbst aus einem benachbarten Restaurant holen mussten – für unsere dreijährige Tochter wohlgemerkt, die auf ihr Essen gewartet hat, das schlichtweg nicht gebracht wurde. Ein Hotel, das sich weigert, seine Grundaufgaben zu erfüllen, hat in der Branche nichts verloren. Das Verhalten des Personals war nicht nur unprofessionell, sondern auch arrogant und respektlos. So etwas Unverschämtes habe ich noch nie erlebt! Jeder, der Wert auf guten Service und Gastfreundschaft legt, sollte dieses Hotel unbedingt meiden!

Déçus par notre séjour

Beau complexe hôtelier en bord de mer, MAIS loin de la ville, aucune animation au sein de l’hôtel, aucune documentation sur les lieux à visiter ni comment se déplacer. Accueil très froid, avec une hôtesse qui insistait pour nous vendre la pension complète alors je nous avions opté pour la DP ainsi qu’un accès payant au spa. Le parking sous terrain à un prix exagéré de 20€ par jour et difficulté à trouver une place extérieure au bord d’une voie rapide. Pas possible de se promener jusqu’à la ville car pas de sentier. Hôtel sans âme, qui semble vide, la suite est immense mais vide, 3eme adulte dort sur un canapé lit très bas au confort sommaire alors que le prix est le même pour chaque occupant. A 600€ la nuit pour 3 on pourrait avoir 3 lits corrects. Dîner servi uniquement en plein air sous une toile de tente, avec la même carte pendant tout le séjour (on a vite fait le tour de la carte) pas de spécialité espagnole comme la paella. Petit déjeuner très bon, choix et produits frais. Seul point positif, pas besoin de réserver une chaise longue, on en trouve tout au long de la journée. Plage publique avec une vingtaine de chaises longues gratuites pour les clients de l’hôtel, plage de sable gris pas très propre, de gros galets pour accéder à la mer avec une pente abrupte qui rend l’exercice compliqué et douloureux. Bref, hôtel qui correspond à ceux qui cherchent à se reposer au calme, sans bouger. Personnellement nous n’y retournerons pas.

Hemos estado genial. El sitio privilegiado. Si nos hubiéramos guiado de comentarios, no hubiéramos ido. Las personas son demasiado exigentes creo. El buffet desayuno de lujo y con todos los detalles de 5 estrellas. Los restaurantes de comida y cena, son techados aunque no interiores, pero el cuidado de detalles es de lujo. La comida no esperes caviar, pero para familias está muy bien. Los precios es lo normal en este tipo de hoteles, donde hay mucho extranjero y se pasan. Pero lo recomiendo totalmente.

Kids didn’t want to leave!

We had a great stay at this hotel. The kids loved the different activities and the lovely staff at the kids Club. The rooms are spacious and the pool area really nice. The breakfast and lunch was good, would go elsewhere for dinner as lacks a bit of atmosphere at the hotel at night.

The property is located right on the beach, it’s well maintained and clean. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable experience especially if traveling with family. Rooms are spacious and great views of the sea. For a four star hotel it was surprising there was no kettle or coffee machine in the room and we were told if we wanted more than 4 towels there would be additional charges per towel. Other than that a great place to stay.
