Brand new 3 bedroom apartment in the modern and perfectly situated Le Mirage community (Phase 3). This beautiful property has just been released onto the short term rental market, and is fully equipped and furnished, ready to welcome guests! The first floor apartment offers plenty of space in 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan living and kitchen, and spacious terrace with sea views. The urbanisation is fully gated, has a large communal swimming pool, and is just 5 minutes drive to the beach and 12 minutes drive to Puerto Banús.



The master bedroom is furnished with a large double bed, fitted wardrobe, direct access onto the terrace, and has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and the third bedroom has a double bed. Both bedrooms share access to a bathroom with bath/shower.



The open plan kitchen is full equipped with all the appliances and utensils expected of a quality holiday home, perfect for those guests wishing to cook and entertain. There is a dining area (seating for 4) and comfortable living room with large sofa facing a smart TV.



Outside on the private terrace guests will find an alfresco dining area (seating for 6), which has great views of the sea.
