"After a slight hiccup on arrival, EVERYTHING was excellent! Our 10th time in the area and this has to have been the best rental. Villa was spotless. All beds were comfortable. Location 5 min walk fro beach, 15 min to San Pedro. The villa was so well equipped that we ate in every night….really was superb! We paid to use the jacuzzi…..superb! We were that impressed with it that we have already booked it for 2025!"

"We had fantastic stay with my family in this charming and comfortable house and development. All was exactly as it is shown on the pictures. The house is clean and tidy. You have all the necessary information about the area and it is well equipped for your stay. "A lovely property well located for walks along the seaside and trips to the local town beach and restaurants. Small children’s playground 2 mins walk away and carrefour supermarket 5 mins away make this a super convenient spot for families."

"Great location. Secure parking. We have stayed in Estepona 3 times and consider it the best town on the Costa del Sol. House spacious with 3 terraces/hot tub that we appreciated. Kitchen had enough utilities. Access to boardwalk/beach. Cafe/wine bar close by. Owner responsive."

The views and garden area were sensational, the local beach bar for perfect for drinks/lunches/dinners and Carlos was a great host who was willing to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was just how we wanted. "Great location next to the marina with access to all things in Estepona. We rented a vehicle and traveled to Granada, Seville, Malaga and many other locations for day trips or overnighting. The condo was accurately represented and communication with Adela was always prompt. Weather in April was great for our interests - walking, hiking,, biking, etc. We arrived on the 1st and no rain till the 27th."

"We stayed in late October which was wonderful - far fewer tourists/crowds. The property is as beautiful as advertised; the views from the terraces are stunning. Contains all the amenities - super comfortable. The property manager was amazing. Only one very minor issue: the parking is not assigned and one night we had to park nearby because parking was full."

"We had an excellent week in Estepona. We loved the town. Relaxed, not over touristy, but plenty of bars and restaurants and a lovely old town. The accommodation was first class for the two of us. Very clean, all amenities, hard to criticise. Lovely large shared pool that we had pretty much to ourselves in late September. Lorraine, the manager could not have been more accommodating. We were lucky to be allowed to check in early and also check out late. Would happily stay again."

"Sehr gepflegtes geräumiges und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Alle Elektrogeräte, welche man benötigt, sind vorhanden. Sehr gepflegte ruhige Anlage mit schönen Pool. "Beautiful apartment, bright sunny big balcony on second level. Well equipped kitchen for those who wish to cook at home important to remember to request an upper floor apartment and not a main floor as the sunshine coming in. The upper level is worth it."
