Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great looking cabin.

Very clean and well kept cabin. The design of the cabin was amazing. Great location away from the town but still close by. First time renting a cabin and was worth it. Great experience and my girls loved it. They had the whole bottom floor to themselves.

RMNP right outside your door

We stayed here for proximity to the Park and this place really did not disappoint. It was nice to have the a/c after a long hike as well. This is a lovely spot, and we were fortunate to see some deer right out front.

Great house in a fantastic location

Just minutes from the RMNP entrance. Felt private even though there are several places near by. Enough space for multiple people with a full dining area and two living areas. Decently stocked, very clean. Would stay again.

Great Views!

We had the best deck view, and view from inside the upstairs living room. We saw deer and several birds - it was a lovely spot to stay. We think both of us will return with family in tow and maybe rent more than just one of the three units.

Beautiful cabin, great proximity to the national park

Location is perfect for getting to the national park. Town can be really busy, so luckily you do not have to drive through town to get to the national park from this location. Also, the views from the deck are amazing! Host is good with communication and very clean.

Great Estes Park location

Well equipped, very spacious, clean, and well looked after. The beds were comfortable and large. And there was a grocery store conveniently down the street. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Amazing Experience

We stayed at Twin Pines cabin for 3 nights, near the end of July and it was a really wonderful time. The cabin was perfect in terms of location, views and vibe. It has been maintained really well. The location is very close to Beaver Meadows Entrance, which in turn is closer for you to get to Bear Lake, Dream Lake, etc. Cabin was well stocked with items you would need and the town is not far for restaurants and groceries. It is a bit pricey than most of the cabins around the area but definitely worth it.

Amazing view

House is very nice , the views are amazing. There is no AC and we were nervous before we got there but we didn't need it at all in July. The house stayed cool. The shower curtains need to be changed and better pans in the kitchen. The house is very close to the entrance of Rocky Mountains National Park and downtown. We would visit again.

Excellent location, quiet area, beautiful views, frequent elk and deer sightings, 5 minutes to NP entrance, outskirts of Estes Park town center, cabin as described in listing, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, perfect for family or two couples. Beautiful Estes home

This is the second time we have rented this home. It is in a perfect location, has a large deck with more than enough tables and chairs to enjoy the magnificent view of the mountains! Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Large areas upstairs and downstairs to gather together. Would definitely stay here again!!!
