Perfect location

This was our second time in your lovely home. The location is perfect. There is always a chance to see wildlife in the neighborhood! It was so fun to see the family of elk and a deer and her fawn. Can’t wait to come back!

Getaway

We had a great time. We saw many many elk and mule tail deer. Had some light snow. Enjoyed several drives into Rocky Mountain national park. Did a short loop to Drake and Glen Haven. Had birthday lunch at Embers- very good. We hung out at the house in the evenings playing card games along with dominoes. Would return in the future.

Great Weekend Getaway

The property was spotless!! We were very pleased with all the accommodations during our limited stay. This location is very close to downtown area, but not for walking to due to the construction. There was plenty of space and great layout for our family of 4.

Great Location

This condo was nice and clean. It is in a great location between Rocky Mtn Natl Park and downtown Estes Park. A couple of things was that the stove door didn't close tight and one of the coffee makers did not work. It would be nice to have some blinds on the upper windows of the loft. It was a great place and would stay again.

Worked well for our family!

This home worked well for our family of 4! The kids had their own space on the lower level. The kitchen, dining, and living area was setup perfectly for us.

Cozy quiet stay

Great location and comfortable stay at Estes. We had everything we needed to live comfortably while we were in the Park and we saw wildlife every day we were there. Elk and Deer were a regular presence in the community and we even saw wild turkey. We were there a cooler time of year so no A/C was not a concern. We would definitely stay here again, beautiful property.

Beautiful place!

Our family absolutely loved staying here! It was roomy, beautiful and clean. Even my 18 month old did great she loved going out on the balcony and they even had a toy vacuum which was so nice. We did have an issue with the heat but they came Al it’s immediately and worked on it. We will def stay here again!

Great place!

This property was lovely. It was very clean and had all the kitchen amenities you could ask for. Location was convenient to Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown Estes. Very quiet neighborhood. We even had deer and elk visitors in the yard! Loved having the two bedrooms and bathroom in the basement. The loft bedroom and bathroom area is very nice. My only feedback there would be blinds in the upper living room windows because you had to be very careful about having the lights on up in the bedroom at night. Great place; would definitely stay again!

A Mixed Experience with Some Significant Drawbacks

We recently stayed at this Vacasa property with a group of five, including our infant, and while the location and spaciousness of the rental were definite highlights, there were some major issues that affected our overall experience. The Positives: The property's proximity to Estes Park downtown and the entrances to Rocky Mountain National Park was a huge plus for us. It made our trips to town and the park incredibly convenient, which is a big deal when traveling with an infant. The rental itself was spacious, and the view from the balcony is something we really enjoyed—definitely a peaceful spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The Negatives: However, there were several significant drawbacks that future guests should be aware of. First and foremost, if you're planning to work remotely, this might not be the place for you. The WiFi was painfully slow, averaging around 3-5mbps, which made even basic tasks a struggle. The cleanliness of the property was another major issue. It was clear that the cleaning job was very superficial—there was dust everywhere, and we found wrappers, leftover socks, and food particles scattered around. We actually had to vacuum and mop the common areas ourselves, which is not something you want to do on vacation. The kitchen utensils provided were also a disappointment. They were cheap and worn out, to the point where we didn't feel comfortable using them for cooking. If you plan on preparing meals during your stay, I'd recommend looking for another rental or bringing your own cookware. Lastly, the lack of air conditioning meant we had to keep the windows open at night, which we didn't mind at first. However, the main road is very close to the bedroom, and the road noise was quite disruptive, especially with an infant who needs a quieter environment to sleep. Overall: While the location and spaciousness of this rental are strong selling points, the issues with cleanliness, WiFi, and noise made our stay less enjoyable than we had hoped. I would recommend this property only to those who prioritize location and views and are less concerned with working remotely or cooking. For others, especially families with young children or those planning to work during their stay, you might want to explore other options.

Great Location to RMNP and River Access

Our family used the river to fish every day and the proximity to the park allowed us to get parking at popular trailheads early in the morning; Great river walk for evenings and we used the deck every day. Some aspects inside the home could use a little TLC, but the river access and location to the park made it worth it for our grade school aged family.

The highlight of this place is the deck and the view. It’s stunning! Chris is a wonderful host. He’s incredibly attentive. We had an issue with the drip coffee maker and he ordered a replacement within minutes of me bringing it to his attention. I used the office as a remote workspace and it worked beautifully. It’s very comfortable and the Wi-Fi was terrific. Having the yoga mats there was also a very nice perk as I like to do yoga every morning. Yoga on the deck is particularly wonderful. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and we were able to easily prepare meals there. The washer and dryer and the dishwasher worked perfectly. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Mountain Location

This property was so cozy and lovely, perfect for our stay! The furniture and beds were very comfortable and the decor was beautiful! The cutest coffee shop is a 4 minute walk, a quick drive into RMNP or to the heart of Estes.

Great home and location.

This is a great home, furnished beautifully, and a great location. Our family really enjoyed our trip. There are a few things that need to be addressed specifically with the home, but even though those became an issue for us, they were resolved to our satisfaction at the time. You cannot grill with a propane grill. We have requested that all references to that be removed from the listing, welcome email, and documents left in the home. The oven needs to be repaired, the door won’t stay shut so you can’t plan on cooking in the oven until that’s repaired. Lastly, the washer has a hard time coming out of the rinse and spin cycle without external help, and I’ve also requested that that be repaired. If those issues are addressed, then it would definitely be 5+ stars.

Spacious home in a great location

This home is in a great location and was very spacious and we enjoyed our visit to Rocky Mtn National Park and the town of Estes. However, there were some details in the home that need repair and/or replacement that would make future guests stay more enjoyable. The dresser in the downstairs bedroom replaced, the sheets in the king loft bedroom replaced, the blinds on the slider on the main floor replaced and the oven door repaired so it closes tightly.

A fabulous getaway at the foothills of the Rockies

I cannot recommend this place enough. The house is very well located, designed, decorated, equipped and connected. We were in awe with the fantastic mountain views from the balcony and huge elk grazing in the community. Thank you for opening the retreat to us.

Our golf get away

This property is well maintained and altho the homes are tightly nestled in this subdivision is has been nicely done. The elk had no problem making themselves very comfortable and enjoy this subdivision as well. The deck has a beautiful view with a comfortable table and chairs for 6. The kitchen is nice to work in with a large island and 2 bar/breakfast stools so guests can visit while food is being prepared. The dishes are nice but the cookware isn't! The grill was unfortunately not available but when it is, it is said to be located on the deck which would be nice to have on the same level as the kitchen. This home has several stairs from the main entry, so keep your coolers and suitcases light. The beds are not the best but you can't beat the mountain air for sleeping. It was nice to be able to use the garage as we had lots of golf clubs and it enters the lower 2 bedrooms at ground level. We've come up for this annual golf tournament for almost 50 years and this is in the top 10 places/ VRBO's we've stayed.

Fabulous Home

We loved everything about this beautiful home and would definitely stay here again! The amount of space, bedrooms, bathrooms all of the amenities including a deck with a grill and beautiful views, washer & dryer & full garage were utilized by us! Kitchen, dining & living room also were very comfortable, we felt very much at home! It was also very well stocked! This is an amazing quiet neighborhood and we loved that! Also loved the location, I was able to easily walk to downtown Estes and back! I highly recommend this property!
