the 3 Gites d'EMBERDURE, born from the restoration of our Gasconne Farmhouse in 1783, are nestled in the heart of forested hills and surrounded by meadows on the 21 hectare family estate. A place of rest, Convivial & Authentic, to come to relax or compose beautiful stories in the benevolent shade of our bicentennial oaks, during romantic stays in this green setting, or during family holidays. The arrangement of 3 cottages (2 to 14 people) ensures throughout the year, a quality welcome to our vacationers, while ensuring the highest level of comfort and privacy. Many activities are proposed on site, adapting to the desires and expectations of each one ... Games & sports equipment for the more adventurous, ZEN spaces & relaxation for those who have come to find peace and quiet. Lovely stay in beautiful countryside

Our stay at this house was absolutely lovely. The house wasn't perfect or too modern, so don't go here if you're expecting to find too much luxury in the house. However, this property has left us nothing to wish for. The area is beautiful and the view was amazing. Gers is a beautiful quiet region and this house had the perfect garden and outside areas to enjoy this. The property has a lot of space and therefore you can really do your own thing. Once again, don't go here if you expect to find a perfect house with everything modern and new. Go here if what you wish is a lovely stay in a beautiful area, lots of space, a cozy feeling and beautiful view.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette maison agréable et bien située. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les nombreux jeux pour les enfants, la piscine, la grande surface extérieure bien équipée ainsi que le calme environnant, qui en font un cadre idéal pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis.Quelques points pourraient toutefois être améliorés : la propreté à l’arrivée n’était pas très bonne, les douches s’écoulaient difficilement (nous avons dû acheter un produit de débouchage), un WC était hors service et le lave-vaisselle fonctionnait mal. Côté confort, la literie de certaines chambres mériterait d’être renouvelée ; il n’y avait que trois transats pour vingt personnes et aucun parasol disponible (un nous a été apporté à notre demande, mais non monté). Enfin, le jacuzzi semblait mal entretenu.Ces points n’ont pas empêché de profiter de notre séjour, mais un meilleur suivi de ces aspects rendrait l’expérience vraiment idéale pour les prochains locataires.

Le parc est tres beau, des gros arbres, de l'ombre, parfait. Des jeux dehors,sympa.Par contre l'intérieur est un peu vieillot, poussière, araignees... Le jacuzzi et la puscine ne sont pas nettoyés assez souvent.Le disjoncteur saute souvent, on a fait face à une petite inondation...Heureusement le propriétaire doit nous faire une ristourne.

Nous avons passé un super weekend entre amis. A part le fait que le jacuzzi était en panne tout était parfait. Nous avons joué au ping-pong et au baby des heures, dansé une bonne partie de la nuit (c'était des retrouvailles à l'occasion d'un anniversaire). Tout était fait pour que nous soyons bien.

Weekend en famille

Pour se retrouver en famille et passer un bon weekend a partager des repas et créer des souvenirs, c'est très bien... Les enfants ont bien profité des extérieurs et les plus âgés de la chaleur de la cheminée... Nous avons surtout utilisé la grande pièce pour nous retrouver tous a table et nous avons apprécié le calme et la verdure lors de balades... Certes on est loin de l'hôtellerie de luxe mais ce n'était pas notre priorité et le rapport qualité prix est tout a fait raisonnable.

Anniversaire réussi à Estipouy

J'ai fêté mes 30 ans au gite d'Estipouy et nous avons passé un super week end. Les quelques points faibles: piscine non ouverte et verte alors qu'on m'avait précisé qu'elle serait ouverte, Maison vieillotte mais conforme à l'annonce, beaucoup de punaises qui entraient depuis l'extérieur dans le salon et la cuisine mais ça fait parti du jeu avec une maison en pleine campagne. Les points forts: assez de lit pour loger 28 personnes confortablement. Literies, draps, vaisselles et ustensiles de cuisines disponible et en bon état; même une machine à glaçon dont nous avons bien profité. Nous avons également pu profiter du ping pong, babyfoot, pétanque, du filet de volley ,et faire une ballade dans les environs. Le coin est calme et sans dérangements. l'espace extérieur et couvert , après un coup de propre, nous a permis de passer une soirée barbecue dehors très agréable (malgré le temps un peu pluvieux) Malgré notre retard à l'arrivée, le gérant à été très arrangeant pour l'arrivée et le départ Une très bonne experience pour un excellent rapport qualité prix, je recommande

Bon accueil, annonce non conforme à la réalité. Beaucoup de points du descriptif ne fonctionnent pas ex le jaccuzy, les vélos non utilisables, la table de ping-pong bancale, des matelas usés inconfortables ds plusieurs chambres. Cuisine 1 sur 3 très vétuste et en prime invasion de souris ds les armoires ! Bien situé à 6 kms de Mirande et autres, magasins , commerces locaux, piscine TOP. Sanitaires ok. Nous y avons passé 4 nuitées

Un site exceptionnel, de par son extérieur surtout. Tous les équipements sportifs sont présents, bien qu'un peu datés ou cassés hormis la piscine qui était au top. L'intérieur est très grand et permet de loger une trentaine d'adulte (en mode dortoir). Nous avons passé un excellent week-end d'anniversaire entre amis à Emberdure et nous y reviendrions avec plaisir. Le lieu pourrait plus être mis en valeur avec la description (par exemple rajouter qu'il y a un écran de projection dans la grange, ainsi qu'une tireuse). Ne pas hésiter à demander un numéro de téléphone afin d'être joignable par les voisins en cas de volume sonore trop élevé.

Excellent week end dans le Gers

Nous avons passé un excellent moment a Emberdure dans ce grand gite. Les activités sont très diverses puisque le gite dispose d'un jacuzzi, de deux saunas, une piscine , un terrain de basket et de volley ainsi que des grandes pieces pour se reunir à l'interieur et a l'extérieur. De meme, le gite possède d'une belle vue dans une magnifique région vallonée. Le gestionnaire est tres arrageant sur les horaires d'accueil. Je recommande fortement ce gîte
