Communication with hosts was always within a timely manner. The house came equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The only thing I recommend guests bring is some bug spray. I forgot how they like to come out at night but stores were close by for anything else we needed or wanted. We will definitely be back again and recommend to family and friends. "
