Chambre assez spacieuse, salle de bain pas mal, tv Tables de chevet, console de coiffure/table, lit 2 personne ainsi qu'un canapé lit. Petit dej un peu cher 12.90e par personne. Mais ca reste a volonté. 24/24, possible de prevenir les hôtes de notre retard tardive, recuperation de la chambre a partir de 15h si c'est noté 14h sur le site. Sauf que j'ai pu l'avoir tout de meme a 14h. Proprios super. Pas d acces en cuisine pour un micro onde. Faut le demander.

Chambre Très propre, très bien équipée, très agréable et déco de très bon gout et chambre très bien insonorisée, parties communes nikel, , petit dejeuner pris en sus très copieux (et je suis un gros mangeur), responsables et personnels très agréable, accueillant et disponible !! C'est calme, y'a des chambres avec vue sur la Canche, l'aménagement est plutôt moderne. C'est une bonne alternative aux hôtels plus chers du Touquet.

Accueil et sens du service lamentable

Difficile de faire plus froid comme acceuil autant par mail, par téléphone que lors de l'arrivée.. Tout ceci manque vraiment de professionnalisme..on sent que le client n'est pas au centre des préoccupations... Ce que je peux comprendre en partie étant donné le contexte Covid mais cela ne justifie pas tout.
