T1 bis for 4 people on the first floor in a pretty wooded residence.
Heated swimming pool from mid-June to mid-September and private tennis court for the residence. Ping pong table.

- Large balcony of 7. 50 m² facing south with a view of part of the port and the Ria, with table, chairs, parasol, deckchairs, electric barbecue.

Many Breton festivals and entertainment on site and around in season.

Logement très bien situé, proche des commerces, d un plan d eau salée très agréable

Environnement très calme, la piscine de la résidence est un plus d autant que la fréquentation y est minime en cette période. La propriétaire des lieux est vraiment charmante et arrangeante. Le studio lui même est agréable et bien équipé. Que du positif !
