"Lovely hotel, great location, nice room. We were able to check in early by upgrading slightly and got a great size room. Sauna nice, bar busy on Sat eve with good choice of beer, Sun eve quiet but reception served cans. Amazing buffet breakfast selection. After check out, we left our luggage securely and borrowed bikes for free. Great service, only negative was that the cleaners did not change our coffee mugs or replenish milk etc, but reception sorted that out immediately. "

"Hotel Helka has everything you could want for a comfortable stay in Helsinki. The breakfast buffet is excellent, and there is a fridge and microwave available to guests. Getting into town is walkable via the old railway line which runs along the middle of the street, or there are frequent trams which stop nearby. The bar is a quiet but friendly space to hang out in the evening after a busy day. The best thing though is the sauna 🤗 free to use mornings and evenings. Highly recommended."
