No black in the grout, no chips in the molding, no worn furniture, dirty paint, stains in carpet or torn shades and i am referring to some $175.+ rooms we have stayed in lately. This hotel is a year old and the staff is working to keep it like new. No breakfast, no managers cocktail hour, but a super clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, very nice staff and a wonderful Mexican restaurant across the parking lot. Great stay."

"Had a pleasant overnight stay and a very nice breakfast to get us on our way. A fun thing of interest was a retro-type map of the city next to the breakfast room. By pushing a labeled button of interest, the place of interest would light up on the map, making it very easy to get around town, even without GPS!!! "
