"Wish they used paper cups instead of plastic. Likes that they used paper bowls and plates. Friendly staff"

"I didnt like the check in at all. I did the early check in, including sending a copy of my drivers license. Then when i got to the hotel, i still had to show my drivers license. The girl couldnt look at my picture on the license on the computer and see that it was me. I will never spend my time doing that again."
