Outside at the rear could be tidied up a bit, and the residential road it is on, while not bad or dangerous in any way, is not as upmarket as you would expect for a property like this. It is the only property of its type and way better than any other property on the road. "We were a family of 10 and Valerie’s home was a beautiful home in which to start our trip. The back yard was a great place to relax and unwind and there was plenty of table space to all enjoy meals together. I would recommend that before doing laundry be sure to check that the drain pipe from the washer is placed in the shower. The location worked well for us to make short trips to visit Geneva, Annecy and Chillion castle!"

"The hause is big and have a great living room en kitchen. All previous reviews from other guests are right. You can see that the house is normally for private use. But thats is not a problem. Take care of the cats was ok, we made frends with the cats (although some of us had a bit of an allergy to cats). We thank mathieu we could use his well made hause. "

"Notre séjour d'une semaine à Veyrier du lac ,à 5 kilomètres d'Annecy. Appartement superbement rénové dans une ancienne maison. Tout est bien pensé l'espace est optimisé. L'emplacement est calme ,dans la verdure avec vue plus que sympa sur le lac. Une place de parking numérotée et la possibilité de placer nos vélos dans un espace fermé....Le TOP! "Venus avec une équipe dans le cadre du travail, la maison est parfaitement adaptée à 6-8 personnes avec son nombre de chambres, de toilettes et de salles de bain. Très agréable cadre avec une belle pièce à vivre. On reviendra!!!"
