Great hotel

I love that little hotel. It was a bit time- worn and the rooms were tiny, but it was so charming and it's in the best location. Amazing, friendly service too. I would definitely stay there again! Great restaurant across the street as well.

This property is only steps away from the beach and the walkways into both directions of the fallaises. It is opposite a gorgeous medieval house with a good restaurant and other dining options around. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast met our expectations.

It was a nice hotel with good price, so we did not expect anything extraordinary. The only thing that we arrived around 1 p.m., and the hotel was closed until 3 p.m. We knew that the check in was at 3 p.m., but we thought that we could leave our luggage there before that.

Family Trip Great Hotel

We had two rooms on two floors for our family if 5. It was perfect. The location can’t be beat- we were able to hike all morning and then stop in to shower before walking to the shops and dinner.

Wonderful, central location near the water. Downside is crazy (very busy tourist attraction at the cliffs) parking and absence of elevator. Staff work hard to make you welcome.

Overpriced shabby hotel with rude service

The hotel is clean but pretty shabby. Outdated rusted plumbing in the bathroom and rude staff. Supposedly they have free parking for guests. We arrived late at night so had to park on the street. Upon early checkout I asked if we could re park or car in their free garage at least until checkout time. The response was that since we just checked out, we could not use their parking garage. Then I suggested that we change our check out time until it was due, and then the person said that they don’t have any space in their parking garage. So, I guess they do have parking for guests, but not for all guests at any rate.

Tuvimos una bonita estadía. La habitación era pequeña, pero limpia. El desayuno estuvo bueno también. Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación (a un minuto de la playa y muy cerca a los acantilados). Esperamos volver pronto!

Premier séjour a etretat et certainement pas la dernière. Chambre un peu petite mais fonctionnelle et propre, personnel souriant et disponible le petit déjeuner était correct j'aurais souhaité des petits fruits en plus mais c'était bon pas de parking mais il y a disposition des box pour la voiture a des frais correct.Très proche des falaises pour une déconnections totale nous étions satisfait.

Le séjour s’est bien passé, l’hôtel est bien situé et la chambre, bien que petite, est très propre et très joli. C’est juste dommage que les prises ne fonctionnent pas très bien il y en a que deux une ne fonctionne pas du tout et l’autre mal sinon rien à dire, Etretat est magnifique !
