"it was the worst experience I ever had booking with Hotels.
It is not a place or management team that is worth of being on your platform.
In the email of confirmation there was nothing said about the place not offering bed linen, towels or even TOILET PAPER..... indeed we arrived and had none of the above.
The place does not allow to walk with ski boots but we didn't get access to the boots area to store our skies and boots...
I was almost forgetting, broken shower indeed!

"Amazing staff and hospitality. So kind to us after arriving very late from a full day of cycling. Fed us late dinner and even sent us to our rooms with pre-maid breakfasts. Canât say enough about the staff at this hotel. "

"Great spot set back off of the main road with grocery store and bus stop across the street. Free bus will give you access to all slopes within a few minutes. Easy walk to all the resturants and shops. Washer and Dryer in the apartment was a plus."

The only handicap of this hotel is there is no parking area for their guests. You have to go to find the private car park which is close by but need to pay 20⏠per day!"

From the front desk to the dining area and ski rental area, all great people with great customer service. Berangere at the front desk was super kind and professional and did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I was very impressed by all their staff.
