"The house is as described. It is one half of a house, that is rented as well, so there can be other people around. A downside is that the house is up a steep hill. The road is small and needs some courage, but is totally do-able. We mostly drove by car instead of walking up and down. An upside is the cute neighbours cat, which visites occasionally. The landlady is very kind and even asked during the stay if everything is alright. All in all a great stay 👍"

We enjoyed the pool, tennis court, basketball area and ping pong table + the outdoor kitchen and dining area were perfect for our big group. The location to nice towns was also great. "Wir hatten in dem Haus eine super Zeit. Es ist ruhig gelegen, sehr groß und komfortabel. Die Zimmer haben bis auf eins jedes ein eigenes Bad was wirklich praktisch ist. Der Pool ist ein echtes Highlight an dem Haus vor allem bei sehr heißem Wetter. Die Küche bietet alles was man benötigt und es hat zwei große Kühlschränke wo ausreichend Platz ist. "Wir waren im absolut heißen Hochsommer hier im Haus und daher sehr dankbar für dieses tolle Ferienhaus mit Pool und Klimaanlage. Für uns war das Haus nahezu perfekt, genau die richtige Größe, nicht zu klein und nicht zu groß, ein toller Garten mit Pool, eine hohe Hecke, dadurch komplett uneinsichtig (die Kinder konnten auch mal nackig rumspringen) und absolut ausreichend ausgestattet. "Looks old but is new construction with solar panels and wonderful kitchen, each bedroom is a suite -all with traditional Tuscan decor. It is situated in a private olive grove. Not all GPS will find the exact address. The villa is 5 mins from groceries + shopping. Franceso answered our calls quickly and was friendly +accommodating.
