"The Wi-Fi wasn't working on the TV—and without Wi-Fi, you can't watch TV. In the bathroom, they only left me one roll of toilet paper for a three-day stay. When they cleaned the room after two days, they didn't leave me a bath towel—only a hand towel—and no soap either! They only provide moisturizer; they don't leave any shampoo. It also functions as a short-stay hotel, so you can hear the neighbors screaming during their passionate activities! The only good thing is that a bus to downtown stops right at the hotel entrance. There was also a piece of gum stuck to the nightstand; the room only has a small refrigerator—though I’m not sure if it actually worked, because it wasn't cooling!"

"I had a really enjoyable stay at Arlo Williamsburg overall. The hotel has a great atmosphere, modern design, and a very convenient location that made getting around Brooklyn easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. My only minor issues were that the USB-C outlet in the room didn’t seem to work, and I had a bit of trouble with the safe not opening when I was getting ready to leave, which caused a little stress. That said, these were small inconveniences in an otherwise very positive experience. I would definitely consider staying here again."
