"Great location. Quiet, peaceful and convenient. Berridale is on the Cooma Coaches route to Perisher Valley. The unit was clean and tidy. The owners are absolutely lovely and made a very special effort to make our stay magical."

"Beautiful location and the tiny house of well equipped. "

"Couldn’t possibly fault this property, everything was 10 out of 10. Josh was a fantastic host."

"The place was dirty when we arrived. Shower wasnt cleaned. Fire place full of ashs from previous guests and microwave oven was discusting. There were no teaspoons, kettle was old and dirty, no spray and wipe or chux to clean up and only 1 tea towel for 4 days. I woke up with Bed bugs - bites all over! Would not reccomend this place at all."

"This property was beautiful, great for a family group travelling to the snow. The house had everything you needed and stunning views over the lake just made the place even more special. Absolutely loved our stay, would highly recommend!!"

"We had a nice stay, the room was clean, and the location was great. Easy check-in process. "

"We were looking for a quiet autumn break somewhere with waterfront views; easy access to shops and cafes off leash walking areas for our hound. And Grey Kangaroo ticked all the boxes. It was very comfortable and we just loved the retro / mid century vibe."

"Had a great stay, clean quiet and private"

"The property is right next to the pub so the spot lights shine into bed 1 & 2 all night. Bed 3 has the kitchen above it. The kitchen floor is loose and very noisy even on tip toes and wakes bed 3 which were the kids. Could not make a tea do dishes or enter there once they went to bed. The place was tidy but unfortunately very dirty, it needs a spring clean and wipe down of everything to remove dust. Last people in must of cooked meat inside as there was fat splashed on coffee machine and edges...

"Always Amazing . Perfect location . "
