Less than 2 min to the beach, Mama Tigs, Food Trucks, Sand Volleyball, Shops, Boardwalk Pool & Pool by the lake! With 2 masters, one on the main & the second floor that walks out to a covered deck! This home has space to play, relax & enjoy time with family & friends!

Great place in Carlton Landing

We stayed here during our summer trip to Carlton Landing. The home is big and spacious with plenty of room for friends and family. The hosts were great and answered all of our questions promptly. The location is perfect and the 2 golf carts were are great perk. We love CL and will definitely stay here again.

Great Home and Property

We met our family here for Thanksgiving. The home was very welcoming, clean, comfortable and well designed. Had all the proper amenities including small items you do not normally see at vacation rentals. We enjoyed the fire pit outside while the kids played throughout the greenway area. Would absolutely return.
