The Space:
Tucked into a quiet corner of Redbud Park is the stately Villa on Redbud.
Step inside to soaring vaulted ceilings, stylish modern finishes, and an open-concept living space that invites connection and relaxation.

The gourmet kitchen is a dream for home chefs and entertainers alike, featuring waterfall quartz countertops, double dishwashers, and a Viking range. Generous cookware and serveware make meal preparation convenient. There’s a large pantry with plenty of storage space, a coffee bar and a free standing ice-maker. Whether you're prepping a quick breakfast or a big holiday meal, this space can handle it all.

Three sets of French doors open from the dining room to the front porch, where rocking and lounge chairs and a propane grill are provided. A portion of the porch is screened-in and features cushioned swivel arm chairs, a smart tv, a propane fire pit, and access to Redbud Park.

Back inside, the living room features two seating areas, each with comfortable furnishings and televisions. Also on this first level, there’s a powder bathroom and a back entry mud and laundry room featuring storage for your all your gear and a floor-level utility shower with handheld sprayer; perfect for rinsing off after a lake day!

Two King primary suites are on the first floor, each with upscale furnishings, televisions and full ensuite bathrooms. Showers are sizable walk-ins with rainfall shower heads and hand held attachments. Upstairs there are two more King suites with ensuite bathrooms. One has a tiled shower, while the other has a shower/tub combo. Closets include everything you need for settling-in, including box fans and extra pillows. Travel size toiletries are provided for your stay.

Two bunk rooms are also on the second level. Adults or children could be comfortable in these inviting and well appointed rooms. The first has pink wooden built-in bunks with 4 twin mattresses and drawers for storing clothing, as well as two desk and vanity areas.
The second bunk room has green wooden bunk beds with 8 twin mattresses, built in drawers, and a view of Redbud Park.

Extras such as a high chair, baby gate, toys and pool towels will simplify your vacation. There is parking for up to 4 vehicles, including 1 covered space.

The entire town of Carlton Landing is walkable, with sidewalks and boardwalks woven throughout. Bring your bicycles, scooters and skateboards! Local rental companies make it easy to procure a golf cart for your stay. Golf carts can be nice for exploring, and for toting around your group and gear. Carlton Landing also has seasonal kayak and paddle board rentals for your lake recreation and we partner with a local marina so you can rent a boat while you're at the lake!
