There was a little path to walk down to the pedestrian district in town. It was a short and peaceful little walk to dinner. "Beautiful surroundings and a great kitchen in the room. A light bulb was out and the clock didn't work, OK no big deal. After picking up my GF late from the train, we were greeted by the owner and asked if we wanted dinner the following evening. No cancellation fee was disclosed nor did we agree to one. "Nice apartment in a lovely little village in the mountains outside of Salzburg. Perfect weather, much cooler in the mountains than down in Salzburg in July! Very quiet small village of maybe a few dozen people but only minutes away from Hallein and Salzburg. Hiking trails everywhere around the village. They even have a built in alarm to make sure you don’t oversleep and miss anything! Every morning at exactly 6:00 am, and for some reason only at 6:00 am, the local church that is about 100 meters...
