Adorable and comfortable tiny home!

Home was cozy and clean. Hosts were nice. Location was great. My only concerns were the lack of a curtain to cover the bathroom window, and potential accessibility issues. I would definitely stay here again, but I would use the downstairs bed rather than the loft next time - the loft stairs are too small to be accessible to many adults. I am young and in good shape, and still felt that I needed to hunch/crawl upstairs. There was also some sort of animal hair present on the bedding, but this did not bother me as a dog lover.

The place was rudimey but clean, other than hairs that were not mine in the shower. The location is great because the property was gated so I felt safe. However, I couldn't walk out to take a walk because the gate wouldn't open without a car. The area surrounding the little house is very pretty and the bed was extremely comfortable. There is a full size washer and dryer which take up a lot of space. I would switch them out for a small apartment size washer dryer in the bathroom so that there is room for a dresser under the stairs. I did not have anywhere to put my clothes and had to leave them in the suitcase. Overall great value for the money.

There was no hot water. We came down to Eugene for a concert and our plan was to get ready at the home before the show. To our dismay, we found out there was no hot water and were forced to use a teakettle for warm water. We were in a rush to get to the show so we didn’t get a chance to reach out to the host immediately but did contact them later. I never heard back about our concerns. We spent nearly $400 for a one night stay And we’re very disappointed at the overall appearance of the home and also the fact that there was no hot water.

Wasn’t very clean, linens for sleeper were kept outside on the porch in a plastic storage box for kids toys. Had to relocate and only got a partial refund.
